Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the Bee Friends Cleaners website at beefriendscleaners.com and to information submitted through its quote and contact forms. When you continue to BookingKoala to view live pricing or complete a booking, BookingKoala’s own privacy terms also apply to information entered on that platform.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Contact details, including your name, email address, telephone number, and ZIP code.
- Service details, including the service and market you select and any information you provide about your home, workplace, or request.
- Attribution details, such as the page you visited, referring page, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, date and time, time zone, and general screen size.
- Technical records needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website, such as request logs and error information.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, prepare quotes, route inquiries to the appropriate local team, provide scheduling and booking options, communicate about requested services, maintain records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and understand which outreach brings people to Bee Friends.
Calls, texts, and email
When you submit a request, you agree that Bee Friends may call, text, or email you about that request. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to a text message or ask us to stop promotional communication at any time. We may still send operational messages connected to an active quote, booking, or service.
Browser storage and analytics
The main website uses limited browser session storage to remember campaign information and, when appropriate, temporarily carry contact details into the BookingKoala handoff. That information remains in the browser session and expires or is replaced over time.
When optional analytics are enabled, the site may use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to understand page visits, navigation, clicks, scrolling, form progress, technical problems, and where visitors leave the quote journey. Optional analytics load only after you choose Allow analytics. Quote and contact forms are explicitly masked from session recordings, and analytics events do not include the values entered into name, phone, email, ZIP code, or message fields.
You may separately opt into Google Ads call measurement in Privacy choices. On supported local service pages, Google may use cookies and display a forwarding number that routes to our existing local number. This helps attribute calls and their duration to ads. A phone-button click alone is not treated as a completed call. This choice does not enable personalized advertising or send your form entries to Google. You can withdraw it through Privacy choices; existing analytics-only choices do not grant call measurement permission.
How information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help operate our business, including customer-relationship management, automation, website hosting, communications, call tracking, scheduling, and booking providers. These providers receive information only for the services they perform for Bee Friends. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information. Mobile opt-in and consent information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to provide service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
If optional analytics are active, you can choose Use necessary only in the analytics notice or reopen Privacy choices in the website footer at any time. You may also ask what information we maintain about you, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. To make a request, email hello@beefriendscleaners.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
Children’s privacy
This website and our cleaning services are intended for adults arranging services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.
Third-party websites
The site links to services operated by others, including BookingKoala, Google, and social or review platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect.
