How pricing works

One checklist. Different ways to price the work.

We quote the service type that fits the home and confirm the scope before the visit. Here is what changes between maintenance, an initial reset and detailed project work.

01

Standard & recurring

Standard Cleaning is a flat rate based on the home, stated condition, visit frequency and agreed checklist. We may provide a duration estimate for scheduling, but the final price is not calculated from the time on site.

Frequency-based discounts are available for weekly, biweekly and monthly recurring service.

02

The Fresh Start

An initial Fresh Start clean is required before recurring service and its frequency discount begin. It gives us time to address accumulated detail and establish the maintainable baseline the Standard checklist is designed to preserve.

03

Deep & Move Cleaning

We estimate the time required from the property's size and stated condition. The final price is reconciled to the actual labor time needed to complete the agreed checklist. If the condition differs materially from what was described, we communicate before adding time.

Before we arrive

Help us reach the surfaces.

  • Pick up clothing, toys and loose belongings.
  • Clear dishes and crowded counters where practical.
  • Supply fresh linens if you want beds changed.
  • Tell us about fragile items, special finishes and access.
Practical boundaries

What is not part of a normal clean.

  • Biohazards, infestations or unsafe conditions.
  • Outdoor work or moving heavy furniture and appliances.
  • Inside heavy machinery or disassembly.
  • Unstable blinds or unreachable fixtures; clients remove fixture covers.

Still deciding which clean fits?

Tell us about the home and the result you need. We’ll help match the scope before you book.
