Why Bees?
The overall health of a place can be determined by the number of bees that live there. They are important indicators of the health of an ecosystem because they are so sensitive to changes in their environment. If bees are abundant, it means that the place is doing well and it's safe for other species too, including humans and pets.
We are a cleaning company that only uses cleaning products considered friendly to bees so we can be undoubtedly sure that they're also safe for humans and pets too. We use non-toxic, biodegradable detergents and sanitizers to clean surfaces—from floors and countertops to windowsills and backyard decks—all without harming bees or their hives. We also provide education about how to make your landscape as bee-friendly as possible, which can be great if you keep plants or grow a garden.

Delighting our customers comes down to dozens of moments of truth. Each time a customer interacts with us, it’s a moment of truth. It’s a chance for us to live up to the promise we’ve made to them as a company. Moments of truth happen at every stage in the customer process– calling our customer service phone number, booking on our website, scheduling their next cleaning, coming home to a clean house after we’ve been there, etc. etc. Every single time we are working with a customer, it’s a moment of truth and we have the opportunity in that moment to either prove ourselves right or wrong by living up to our values of being convenient, safe, trustworthy and delightful for our customer in that interaction. It’s not always easy but it’s critical to winning.
Ask yourself when you’re done working with a customer or leaving a customer’s home: Am I sure I earned a 5-star rating from the customer? If the answer is “no” or “not sure”, keep working until you can say “yes!”. We only work with cleaners committed to this expectation.
How does pay work?
We pay our cleaners weekly for jobs that have been reported as complete and that the customer has confirmed are done to our 5-star level. If a customer has not provided any feedback, we count them has happy customers after 24 hours and will pay out that job in the pay period. Our weeks end on Wednesday at noon and ACH direct deposits are issued on Thursday to be received as soon as Friday. Tips are 100% yours. We pay a bonus for mileage but you have to be on-time to the job and use the app to track your miles.
