Our Recurring cleaning services include your typical tasks such as dusting and vacuuming, and are a great way to keep your home fresh all year round. Our deep clean service is a thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning of your house. We recommend a deep cleaning if it’s been 60+ days since your home was last thoroughly cleaned. Deep cleanings take the longest time and help bring the whole house into maintenance shape. Be sure to follow up a deep cleaning with regular cleanings to maintain the clean.
Deep cleanings include everything in the standard clean checklist, and a whole lot more. Deep cleanings pricing are estimates only and the final charge will be based on the actual time it takes to complete the cleaning.
Our Move In/Out Cleaning package is our most detailed clean and is intended for customers who need to get their house ready for the next tenants or to list on the market. This clean automatically includes oven and fridge cleaning, which is only available as an add-on to Standard and Deep Cleans.

We make every effort to ensure our cleaners arrive on time for your scheduled cleaning. However, please note that our arrival times are within a window of flexibility, typically running no more than 30 minutes earlier or 60 minutes later than the scheduled appointment time. We understand that punctuality is essential, and we strive to keep any delays to a minimum.
If there are any unexpected delays or changes to the schedule, we will contact you via phone or text to keep you informed. Your satisfaction and convenience are our priorities, and we appreciate your understanding in this regard.
Your booking comes with estimated hours that are calculated using typical cleaning times for homes of your size and the selected service. Our pricing is based on a flat rate derived from average homes of a similar size. In cases where we encounter substantially different conditions, we may need to adjust our estimate. If we anticipate that the cleaning will take longer than initially estimated, we will promptly communicate with you to discuss any necessary changes.
Upon arrival and after reviewing your space, your cleaning provider can provide a more precise time estimate. Your satisfaction and clarity about the cleaning process are important to us.

Tipping is entirely at your discretion. If you feel that your cleaning team has provided exceptional service and you’d like to show your appreciation through a tip, it is always appreciated but not required. Tips can be given directly to the cleaning team or added to your payment. We can add after we process your payment or before.
