Before We Arrive
No need to deep clean before we arrive but please tidy up any items lying around (i.e. clothes, toys or dishes), so we can easily access all areas needing cleaning.
If it’s been over 45 days since your last professional cleaning or there is heavier than normal dirt buildup, please add the “Fresh Start” flat-rate extra when booking. This will ensure we have adequate time to thoroughly clean your home.
Please let us know if you have any other special requests to make your cleaning service as effective as possible!
Once We Arrive
If additional work is needed outside of our regular cleaning service, such as decluttering or organizing, our hourly rate will be applied for that work before getting started. This applies if we can’t begin cleaning right away upon arrival.
Please note, if it looks like it’s been over 45 days since your last professional clean, or there is heavier than normal buildup, we’ll need to add our “Fresh Start” extra when we arrive. This gives us the time required to thoroughly clean your home.
About Our Flat Rate Services
- Your fee is based on the quality and completion of the job. We cannot offer a discount because the provider completed the job faster than anticipated.
- We cannot clean outdoor areas, biohazards, inside machinery like dishwasher, washing machines, inside the stove hood, etc.
- We can provide an estimate for the length of the service; however, we cannot guarantee how long the appointment will take.
- Please empty all cabinets and defrost all freezers before a service with these extras, if applicable.
- You are welcome to specify if you are only interested in booking for a finite amount of time; however, we cannot guarantee completion of the job if you are imposing a cutoff.
- The cleaner(s) cannot perform junk removal larger than a few regular-sized trash bags, so please be sure that any large debris are removed or relocated before the cleaning.
