The Lodges at West Edge
A mixed set of common spaces needed more than a repeated all-purpose checklist.
What the work required
The team used dry removal followed by wet cleaning in the office, detailed fixtures and surfaces in bathrooms, cleaned equipment and mirrors in the fitness area, and used a wood-appropriate approach in the sauna. The main room also included floor and window care.
What made the report useful
The report did not stop at “clean.” It identified high-traffic floor soil that ordinary mopping would not solve and recommended mechanical scrubbing followed by extraction. That distinction is the difference between maintaining a surface and restoring it.
