You can cancel or reschedule your cleaning service free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. For cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours, a minimal fee may apply. This goes to the cleaner who set aside their time to complete the cleaning and lost the opportunity to earn. We also try to avoid charging the fee by rescheduling or working with our clients.
